The 5 wine/4 course dinner is on Thursday October 14th and will be hosted by Vicky McClellan who, along with her husband Casey, own Seven Hills Winery. Seven Hills is one of the founding wineries of Washington & has helped catapault that region onto the world stage. Their wines will be a perfect match for the alluring, fresh & exciting cuisine of Chef Wally Joe & Chef de Cuisine Andrew Adams.
